It is very easy to find and order products on our website. If you come from a specific market segment, you can also choose to only look at a selection of products suitable for your market. If you know the item number or description, you can also choose to enter this information in the search bar. After you have found the desired product, you can adjust the quantity and place it in the shopping cart. Fill in your details, choose a payment method and complete the order. After that, you will be automatically returned from the payment environment to our webshop and you can view the last details of your order.

All prices in our webshop are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. For orders under €250 excl. VAT we charge €15 (excl. VAT) order costs for Dutch customers and €20 for Belgian and Luxembourg customers.
Unfortunately it is not possible to change an order. We start working with an order immediately after we have received the order. You can of course return the products after receipt. See returns for more information.
Unfortunately this can happen. We will contact you as soon as possible with a new delivery date. Is the delivery time too long? You can then always determine whether you want to have the product delivered or whether you want to cancel the order or the product.
After you have successfully completed your order, we will automatically send an order confirmation. If you have not received this, please check whether our message has not ended up in your junk mail or spam box. If you cannot find our order confirmation, please contact our customer service and we will send the order confirmation to another desired email address.
