Return order

Returns are free if we have delivered a wrong or defective product. There are, however, limiting conditions, viz. you must:

• Complete this form within 14 days of receipt
• Send the products unused, undamaged and in the original packaging

In all other cases, the return costs are for your account.
If, after returning, it appears that there is no wrong or defective product, we can still charge return costs.
Products ordered especially for you, which are not in our standard range, cannot be returned.

Claim warranty

We give one year warranty on our supplies (not on seals, swivels and hose guns). The warranty is given on manufacturing defects. You must fill in all fields of this form with a clear description of your complaints in the comments box.
Materials must be cleaned internally and externally before returning the materials.
We will process your cleam upon receipt of the materials.
